Fitness
Fitness is essential at all stages of life, and especially as we age! I am someone that still loves to participate in all sports whether it is baseball, volleyball, hockey, biking or whatever I have the opportunity to play and I want to be fit enough to participate. As we age, so many people lose the fitness levels we enjoyed at a younger age, because at some point we all need to make our physical fitness a priority. It is the choice of choosing YOU! I use the word choice, because as adults we ultimately make the decisions of where we spend our time.
When someone begins with fitness, I am very good at designing workouts that target their physical needs. As we begin to work more with each other mindset starts to become a focus as well. I am a true believer of Body, Mind & Spirit. It is all inter-connected. Usually flexibility is required for the person’s physical well-being, so most people go home with stretches to do regularly. There isn’t a one-size fits all for workouts, and whether workouts are delivered online, in a fitness app, or Facebook, or in person, everyone can be assured that their workouts are designed around their needs. Everyone leaves with his or her own individualized workouts to do at home. Even in-group fitness classes, modifications are used or exercises switched to ensure everyone’s needs are met.
