Yoga = Unity of Body, Mind & Spirit
I deliver Hatha yoga, which is excellent for beginners. We focus on connecting with our bodies, and letting go of the “shoulds”. We meet our bodies where they are and allow our minds to let go of the everyday stress, relaxing our rigid thoughts, muscles and just flow and connect with our true Self. This is our practice.
Many of us start yoga as we realize we are tight in certain areas of our bodies. We are not always aware of the need we all have to let go of our control on our life. Whatever the reason we have for beginning yoga, the journey to connecting with our Self, is totally one worth taking!
The flow in class is focused so people can connect with and align their bodies in a way that strengthens and releases/lengthens muscles. From a physical perspective how we sit in a desk at work, or stand, or how we are carrying ourselves has certain muscles over working. Becoming aware and finding ways to address the needs to strengthen or open ourselves up to the spiritual connection of why and who are right now.
In the Fall of 2020…Restorative Classes will be offered.
1 on 1 Yoga: $85/session: Through Zoom or in person.
On-line classes: Monthly Fee for access to Facebook group.
